What kind of share is this?

Copy

Duplicates selected settings + entities into the destination tenant. Both tenants stay active. Use this to spin up a new site from a template.

Merge Destructive

Moves users + duplicates CRM data (leads, contacts, accounts, widgets, campaigns, marketing sources, products, tasks) from this tenant into the destination tenant. After the merge completes, this tenant is marked for deletion and its users move out. Financial records (opportunities, orders, invoices) stay here for accounting.
